We ask many questions like your preference on style, materials, etc as well as how many bedrooms you need, and any other personal preferences you may have. From there, we go to our designers and contractors to get your house plans made. Then we come back to you and we go over everything and make revisions. Once we have client approval, the plans get submitted to the city. Finally, construction starts.
